road trip (part 2)

we finally arrived in italy.

apparently, it means warning for bridge.

no, we did not write that xD we found it like this.

then we arrived @ arenzano.

wait, what?

i found some cute stuff, but unfortunately nothing WITCH.

this was our hotel.

the weather was unstable, but hot!

we did managed to catch some nice, sunny hours for bathing in the sea,
although it can not be seen in these photos because we didn't want to bring any valuables.

because we no longer had a tent, we started our journey back home after just two days.

on our way back through Switzerland, we took a new path. Which really paid off.

after feeling summer heat just a few minutes ago, driving upphill, the temperature dropped to 13 degrees celcius and we could even see snow at the top.

our travel mascot also enjoyed the view:

we could charge our hybrid car full with electricity, just by going downhill.

on to the next mountain! this place was even more stunning than the previous one.

the mountain water was ice cold, as if taken from the Arctic Ocean!

back to civilization.
we drove through germany in less than 24 hours, we hardly had time to eat.

another example of the not-so-glamorous life on the road :P

back to the expensive bridges :(

after passing through denmark, we stopped by at my mom's place back in Växjö.

yep, they have lots of plants.

the next day, we were back in stockholm, completely broke. :P
can't wait for the 25th ...
