long summer short

:: june ::
we visited the swedish arcade Hey Sthlm for the second time.
and during the weekend, we went to a small but beautiful open air party.
the week after, martin participated in a run called blodomloppet.
gabriel joined us during all three events, no problems!
and of course he also joined us during the swedish midsummer celebrations,
this year we visited my mother in Småland's Vikensved. The weather was really hot!

:: july ::
this month was very eventful for us, even if our holiday hadn't even started yet!
we went on a business trip to StorCon, an event for japanese culture.
there were family visits, gaming nights, sunbathing, barbecues, swimming, and more open air parties.
one time we even got to go out on a child-free date, with dinner and a movie.
so for my birthday I didn't feel the need to get a babysitter, it was on a Sunday anyway.
we spent the day just hanging out on our patio with takeout and drinks.

:: august ::
finally, martin's holiday is here! First week, we decided to just relax.
because we knew that the second half of the month was going to get hectic!
from the 9th to the 15th, we visited Gotland and Fårö together with 3 friends,
and from the 26th to the 28th, all of us visited the Monday Bar Summer Cruise 2016 to Tallinn.
I usually make separate blog posts about big events like these, but ...
nowadays I use my time differently and prioritize posting to my Instagram and Facebook.

:: september ::
well, the seasons are obviously changing, so yeah, I'm saying september belongs to summer now!
this month also started out with a business trip: Retrospelsfestivalen in Malmö.
luckily we had a babysitter this year! it was very hectic but i still managed to buy some stuff.
the last weekend, me and a friend visited Japanloppisen again (it's held twice a year).
yet another amazing opportunity to indulge in japanese culture and fashion. I just can't get enough!
as for the rest of the month, the focus has been on Gabriel's time to adapt to preschool.
